These terms apply to the Flag Maker app for Android and iOS and to this website. By using the app, you agree to them.

The app

Flag Maker is a design tool for creating flag graphics. The base app is free; an optional upgrade ("Flag Maker Pro") unlocks additional designs and is available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Purchases and subscriptions

• All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings.
• Where offered, free trial periods convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

Your content

Flags you design are yours. You can export and use them for any purpose, commercial or not. You are responsible for what you create and share - including making sure your designs and any text on them do not infringe the rights of others or break the law of wherever you share them.

Share links

Flag share links encode the design itself. Opening a link you received renders the sender's design in your app. We do not host, moderate or take responsibility for designs exchanged directly between users; treat links from strangers as you would any message content.

Fair use

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse the billing of, or misrepresent your affiliation with the app. We may block abusive usage of the website or link infrastructure.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
