Flag Maker

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Flag Maker is designed to work without collecting personal data. This policy explains what little data is involved when you use the app and this website.

What the app collects

Nothing. The Flag Maker app does not require an account, does not include analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not transmit your designs, your inputs or any personal information to us. Flags you create are stored locally on your device and stay there unless you choose to export or share them.

Purchases

Optional purchases (Flag Maker Pro) are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We receive no personal information about you from these transactions. Payment data is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, and purchase entitlements are verified on your device.

Share links

When you share a flag, the app builds a link (flagmaker.app/flag/...) that contains only the flag's design data: its shapes, colors, positions and any text you placed on the flag. No device identifiers, timestamps or personal information are embedded in the link. Anyone you send the link to can open the design; share links like any text you send are visible to the messaging service you send them through.

This website

flagmaker.app is a static website. We do not set cookies and do not run analytics. Our hosting provider (bunny.net) processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any web host does.

Children

Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to collect from children either. Purchases require the device's store account, which is subject to Apple's and Google's parental controls.

Changes

If the app ever changes what data it handles, this policy will be updated first and the "last updated" date above will change.
